• April 8, 1998 - Sunbeam Car Owners' Club of SA web site is established with a one-page, text-only information sheet about the club. The site is located at Geocities in the US because it provides a free web page facility, however this means that the use of graphics will be limited in order to achieve acceptable download times for users in Australia & NZ.
